Hotel's location was incredible, directly in the center of town. And we were next to the main square, Porto and Marina Grande, good restaurants and train station and city center. The breakfast was rather basic, and the staff was amicable.

This place is conveniently situated right next to the buses, train station, town center, a supermarket, and the top restaurant in the area. I absolutely loved staying here and will definitely come back for another visit.

We appreciated our twin/double room, it was brand-new and airy. the room had nice facilities like a laptop-compatible safe, a mini-bar, and central heating.

The location of the hotel is superb, with it being conveniently located just down the road from the train station. This makes it very easy to access and explore the city. Additionally, the rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The lack of a reception desk or on-site staff means that communication and key exchange can be problematic.

Our stay at Casa Pantone was absolutely fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient, with the main plaza, ferry ports, and bus and train station within walking distance. The room itself was exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The daily maid service was outstanding, ensuring that our room was kept tidy throughout our stay. Additionally, the hotel owner was very helpful upon our arrival, providing valuable information about local restaurants and facilities. The complimentary breakfast and access to the pool facilities at the nearby Hotel Flora were also a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a superb stay.

I had a bit of trouble finding the place at first, but once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel. It was just a short walk away from the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring. The room itself was clean and fresh, with fresh towels and linen provided. The turndown service was a nice touch as well.

Great staff and service. The shower was super slippery but when I mentioned it at the hotel they provided us with a mat the same day. Fantastic Gelateria and good bistro just next door. The property is within a block of the bus/train station and within three of the main piazza.

Breakfast is at the hotel so you have to walk several blocks. Food was fair but no espresso just a very poor coffee machine.
